The personal data you share with Magnolia Gıda Tic. A.Ş. (“Magnolia Bakery”) within the scope of our employee/employer, customer, and commercial relations are under the protection of Magnolia Bakery. The personal data we request and/or that you share with us are processed in connection with, limited to, and proportionate to the purpose of processing; and within this framework may be recorded, stored, preserved, rearranged, shared with institutions legally authorized to request such data, transferred to domestic or international third parties under the conditions set forth by the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), assigned, classified, and processed in other ways listed in the KVKK. In accordance with the KVKK, Magnolia Bakery takes all necessary technical and administrative measures, using all technological and infrastructural facilities, to ensure that your personal data is securely preserved and processed and accessed lawfully.

Within this scope, you may apply to our Company, which is the Data Controller, at any time pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK and exercise the following rights. Accordingly, individuals whose personal data are processed have the right to:

· Learn whether their personal data is being processed,

· Request information if their personal data has been processed,

· Learn the purpose of personal data processing and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose,

· Learn the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and request that this correction be communicated to the third party if a transfer has been made,

· Request the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, and request that this be forwarded to the third party if a transfer has been made,

· Object to the emergence of a result against the person themselves due to the processed data,

· Request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.

In accordance with Article 13/1 of the KVKK, applications to be submitted to our Company regarding these rights must be delivered to us in writing or via other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).

In this context, applications to be submitted to our Company in writing can be sent by taking a printout of the Application Form provided in the link below via:

· The Applicant’s personal submission,

· Notary public,

· The Applicant’s personal e-mail address sent to [email protected]

· A secure electronic signature defined under the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070, sent to the Company’s registered e-mail (KEP) address.
