PB&J Cupcake

Inspired by the classic American snack, the Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich, this cupcake contains all the flavor of PB&J — and even more. The cake is made with peanut butter and filled with either grape or strawberry jam. It’s topped with a peanut butter buttercream made with real peanut butter and sprinkled with crushed peanuts.
